Cary Smith | SVP, Account Management & Client Services

Cary Smith leads our Professional Services team, developing business process and service solutions to help customers utilize emerging technologies, enhance efficiencies and maximize work flow processes in payer and provider healthcare administration. Smith has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare consulting, provider network development, hospital contracting, medical staffing, and home health care operations. He also serves as a consultant to MDI's Medical Advisory Board.

Prior to MDI, Smith was Vice President of MHM Solutions, where he oversaw sales and operations for the United States. He also worked for StarMed Staffing and Interim Healthcare in regional executive positions with responsibilities including business development and strategy. Other expertise and experience includes service/product outsourcing and due diligence analysis for market expansion.

Smith earned an MBA from Webster University George Herbert Walker School of Business and received a BS in Business Administration from University of Central Florida. He is also a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
