We strive to make sure our network of hospitals, physicians and other health professionals find the information and support they seek. Below are the forms frequently used by current providers.

Electronic Claims
For prompt billing and payment, MDI recommends electronic claims submission. Our claims system will automatically check your data for duplicate claims as well as NCCI and Medicare edits, significantly reducing the amount of time it takes to process your payments. Payment tracking is available using the Provider Login.

  • Government Accounts: Please use Payor ID Number 52181
  • Corporate Accounts: Please use Payor ID Number 80900

Provider Support & Training
For public sector accounts, MDI educates our providers so that they are in compliance with government and/or facility policies and procedures. We currently offer the following to network providers:

  • Periodic on-site visits and phone calls
  • 24/7 support by an experienced Contract Director
  • Detailed manuals outlining policies and procedures
  • Training on MDI's systems, software, and billing procedures
  • Quarterly surveys assessing provider's satisfaction with MDI and contract work
  • Training on the customer's specific policies and procedures outlined in the contract or RFP
