MDI’s web-based ReClaim Suite® technology platform features our proprietary E.A.R.L^SM interface tool that creates a graphical representation of every patient by mapping the ICD-9-CM codes found on the patient’s processed medical claim forms to the body areas of the E.A.R.L^SM patient image. The affected body areas of the E.A.R.L^SM figure actually “light-up” with colors indicating the severity of the illness or injury identified on the claims processed for payment.
