MDI Announces Groundbreaking Innovation to Improve Medical Record Accuracy
Introduces EARL, a New High-Tech Systematic Tool

Saint Augustine, FL- "We're putting a revolution in healthcare delivery at our clients' fingertips," Medical Development International (MDI) CEO Richard Willich said today, as he announced the launch of a groundbreaking technological innovation: Empowered Analysis and Reporting Log-also known as EARL^SM.

EARL^SM provides users with a visual overview of a patient's health history and provides instant analysis of the patient's diagnoses, the body parts that are affected by the treatment, the severity of the patient's diagnoses, the associated appointment information, and the processed claims. MDI's EARL^SM is HIPAA-compliant and user-friendly. The information used in EARL^SM is collected from a variety of sources, including the medical codes that are found on the claims, the information collected at the time the appointment is scheduled, and the medical records associated with the appointment. Along with the visual image, the patient's demographics, appointments, electronic medical records, and electronic claims are all attached to EARL^SM so the user can easily access all of the historical medical information related to the patient.

For a long time, the documented information was only used to pay bills. Now, MDI's EARL^SM is putting the paper trail to work.

With MDI's advanced technology, a patient's documented medical history begins the moment MDI schedules the patient's first appointment. All of the information collected from the appointment, including the subsequent medical records and claims, is embedded into the MDI database and is attached to EARL^SM. A visual display of the patient's medical history and the severity of the patient's diagnoses are then illustrated through EARL^SM.
