Our customers and providers experience efficient patient scheduling and appointment confirmation because MDI believes in "The Power of the Appointment™". With MDI, once you request medical services, we get to work helping your facility succeed. Customers simply request service. MDI schedules the appointment, gathers all of the necessary information, and then confirms the appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment takes place. Confirming the appointment helps the customer and the provider, allowing both sides to avert costly cancellations.

At the moment we schedule the appointment, we collect:

Provider information
ICD-9 or DRG code for the procedure requested
Estimate of how much the procedure will cost
Clinical information to provider & customer

Accurately recording all of this data when the appointment is scheduled greatly improves our ability to catch issues on claims as they are worked through our patent pending ReClaim Suite technology platform. If anything on the claim differs from the information entered at the time the appointment was scheduled, the claim is immediately flagged and reviewed by one of our professional claims specialists.
